A leading DMC is looking for and experienced Tour Operator to join our vibrant, creative and enthusiastic family. The Tour Operator will be working with individuals and groups travelling all over Europe, of all ages and countries, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Tour Operator will be in charge of logistics, reservations, working with clients as well as suppliers, payments, budget planning, and managing the day-to-day operation of the groups on the ground. Responsibilities: – Build tailor-made itineraries and packages according to the client’s needs. – Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising then on appropriate itineraries, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. – Organize tours from beginning to end, through booking accommodation, securing guides, booking sites, etc. – Monitor payments. – Handle unforseen problems and complaints. – Create and update electronic records of clients. – Maintain relationship with clients.
Requisitos : – Prior experience in tourism. – Details oriented. – Work well under pressure. – Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must! Other languages are a plus! – Enjoy working with a team. – Enthusiasm for people and cultures. – Passion for changing people’s lives through meaningful experiences. – Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills. – Problem solver – out of the box solutions for challenges. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
