Position Overview As a member of the operations team, you will contribute significantly to our operations by: -Making reservations for hotels, private touring and exclusive experiences. -Reconfirming itinerary details and handling any changes or adjustments. -Providing support to our team of Travel Designers. -Your ability to manage detailed tasks and maintain organizational excellence will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of our travel schedules. Requisitos : Titulación mínima: Licenciatura Experiencia: 1 año Categoría profesional: Employee Residencia: Distrito Required Skills and Qualifications – A highly motivated, results-driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving goals – Self-motivated, however equally strong working within a team – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. – Feel comfortable with new software and technology. – Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. – Strong attention to detail and organized nature. – Competency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. – Sound knowledge of the travel and tourism industry. – Additional qualifications in travel management or related fields would be beneficial. – Superb communication skills with a professional level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of Portuguese a plus.
